Patricia Carl started her business career as a practicing therapist, which is likely where she developed a genuine curiosity about people. That grew into an instinct for uncovering peoples’ true drivers and strengths and then helping them to leverage these to achieve the personal and professional success they seek.
Her deep sensitivity led her to become an HR executive, managing teams for Fortune 500 and private equity backed companies. Employees across the world have been touched by her methods and her incisive ability to figure out what people really need to be their best.
